Polocom Promo Code

Polocom offers standard shipping with delivery times of 7 to 15 business days. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Free shipping is available for orders exceeding €200.

Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects, with a 7-day period following receipt to initiate the request. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by Polocom. Lock picking tools are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defect.

The discount should appear immediately in the total. If no field is visible, check the "Payment" or "Summary" tabs as the location may vary depending on the interface.

Several reasons can explain this malfunction: expired expiry date, minimum purchase amount not reached, products excluded from the promotion or code already used. Also check that you haven't made a typo and that the code corresponds to the Polocom store. Some codes are reserved for new customers or only work on specific categories.

Most brands do not allow combining promo codes and already discounted items. However, some specific offers like free shipping can sometimes be combined with other promotions.
