Berylona offers free delivery in Mainland France via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days after the order is shipped. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Personalized items are non-refundable according to Berylona's return policy. Returns are allowed within 14 days for non-personalized items, which must be in good condition and accompanied by a receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
